You don't need previous experience, but you do need to be committed to quality care and willing to work as part of a team. You need to be compassionate, patient, flexible, tolerant and a good listener. Direct Support Professional jobs are challenging, but provide flexibility, training and opportunities for advancement. Qualifications
> At least 21 years of age > Valid Texas Drivers License > Proof of high school diploma or GED > Clean criminal history, Employee Misconduct, Nurse Aid Registry Clearance > Drug free > Meet corporate requirements for employment > Meet physical capacity requirements > Be able to attend a 5-day paid orientation (Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm).
